The dance screen on tour organisers shall
- organise the tour
- put together a programme
- clear the licences
- provide the video tapes and information material
The local organisers are being offered a choice of different dance screen on tour reels, from which they can choose.
Obligations of the local organiser(s)/booker(s) of the screening(s)
The local organiser(s)/booker(s) shall:
- make available a venue suited to the presentation
- make available an experienced video-technician
- provide the following technical equipment:
- a screen of a size reasonable for the room and the number of audience
- one Beta SP or Beta Digital player
- one high-performance video beamer and loudspeaker suited to the projection size
- take out insurance of the video tapes
- return the tape immediately after the screening via courier
- announce the event in the press in good time by using the title “Dance Screen on tour”
- send leaflets, folders, cards, catalogues, press clippings about the event to the Dance Screen on tour organisers (IMZ, Stiftgasse 29, 1070 Wien, Austria)
- ensure payment of public performance royalties to collecting societies for screenings of the programme
